Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way! 

Products denoted with "Pre Order" will ship accordingly to the provided dates.

SHIPPING: At this time, we are only able to ship to the following regions:

- United States - estimated delivery time 3-7 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping automatically applies for orders over $69.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sade is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning items. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shopsade.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
